How do I change app icons on iPhone?
Open Shortcuts, create a new shortcut with the Open App action, tap the share button, choose Add to Home Screen, then tap the icon and pick the PNG you downloaded. Hide the original app in the App Library.
How do I change app icons on Android?
Install a launcher that supports custom icons, such as Nova Launcher or Niagara. Long-press an app, choose Edit, tap the icon and select the PNG.
What size are the icons?
Each icon is a 1024 by 1024 pixel PNG, which looks sharp on every phone.
